no loss, no gain this week. 153 for 3 weeks is depressing, but i know it's all my fault i haven't been 100% because of the holidays.. this week it is back on. i went on the treadmill today and will do so at least 3 more times this week. plus me and mike just joined NY Sports Club so that will be great, but it opens in March so treadmill for now..

well i didn't make my xmas goal. i had a bathroom problem this week from the pain killers, it was a week without #2 haha so i think that was a factor. i took something yesterday and already down to 152 today so hopefully i can be back to 151 at least by next saturday...

well im definitely going to gain this week. i went over my flex points by about 10 so far i have to eat every 4 hours because these pain killers make me nauseous and (TMI) they are making me constipated! i feel so gross. hoping for a miracle and i at least maintain then saturday through tuesday i'm probably going to be eating nonstop... i have to attempt to control myself during the holidays! i was doing so good!

bad week and it's only monday... i only have 1.5 flex points left for the week!! i dont know what i did this weekend, but i thought it would be ok because i don't have to cook dinner all week and i can just eat lean cuisines... well i have to get my wisdom tooth pulled out and the list of foods im supposed to eat are all high in points! i hope i can at least maintain because big eatting fest begins on sunday!

well this is the first week that I did not use all my flex points. I have 13 points left today which I know i'm not going to use. I hope I havea good weigh in tomorrow... need a good once for the next two weeks because i'm pretty positive i will see a gain for the week of 12/23 between xmas eve, xmas, and being off of work. i don't have willpower on holidays nor do i really see the point of being strict. I mean theres like 6 holidays a year and only one envolves xmas cookies...

i have 14.5 flex points left for the week. pretty good. mike has an xmas party tomorrow and a dinner meeting wednesday so i don't have to cook for him which keeps my dinners a lot lower in points because it usually means cereal or lean cuisine. i also went on the treadmill today. doing ww online really keeps me on track.

well i made it through the rest of the week with no flex points and i lost the pound i gained last week so that is good. this is still so slow compared to south beach! after xmas i think i might switch to core.

well i'm all out of flex points and it's only tuesday!! that makes me nervous! i have to stop using so many flex points on the weekends!
i also have a new goal, though maybe a lot to ambitious but i'd like to be 135 by March 4th. Thats 20 pounds in a 3 months. i'll settle for 140 but 135 would be sweet.

well i knew i was going to gain so i'm happy it was only a pound. i ate like a pig this weekend between my birthday weekend and thanksgiving.. what a mess. but its a new week and no temptations to screw me over this week!!!
i just checked ww online it says my bmi is 27. that is disgusting i'm considered overweight. i saw a picture of myself from my bday and i didn't even recognize me. ewh. it also says my ideal weight is between 116 and 134 pounds. 116 i will never be but i was very happy at 135 pounds.

i cannot believe how many points i ate this weekend!!! i have used all my flex points for the week PLUS an additional 30!!!!!!!!! i'm amazed how many points i used and that i probably ate that many points on such a regular basis! no wonder i gained so much weight! saturday i used 72 points! we had dunkin donuts for breakfast, than a steak and potato dinner with mac-n-cheese sides and fried calamari appetizer not to mention the birthday dessert and alcohol!! i am in shock. then today i used another 37 points on freggin candy on the ride back home and a pizza lunch! ugh. gross. then tomorrow i'm going for cuban food with my family and thursday is thanksgiving. i'm going to try to do the treadmill every night this week and hopefully by some grace of god i can maintain for this week...

all i ate was bread today! my sister goes to school for pastry arts and she made a bunch of bread today. on the bus i scarfed down a piece of banana bread (no nuts) then she handed me the scone and then the focaccia. oh my god it was so good i couldnt stop haha luckily i was so full that i didn't eat dinner well i guess that technically was my dinner a bunch of bread! i still kept within my point range and i went on the treadmill for 30 mins so i had 2 activity points for yesterday too incase i underestimated the bread...
